Bilateral Agreements between Ukraine and Antigua and Barbuda

The Protocol on establishing diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Antigua and Barbuda (signed on March 17, 1993)

Ukraine and Antigua and Barbuda, wanting to develop and strengthen their relationship, have decided to establish diplomatic relations at the Ambassadorial level from the date of signing this Protocol, in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of April 18, 1961.

Ukraine and Antigua and Barbuda have agreed to develop relations between their respective countries based on the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations.

The signing of the Treaty between Ukraine and Antigua and Barbuda on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters (April 17, 2008)

On April 17, 2008, the Treaty between Ukraine and Antigua and Barbuda on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters was signed at the Embassy of Ukraine to the United States of America. The bilateral document was signed on behalf of Ukraine by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States of America H.E. Oleh Shamshur, and was signed on behalf of Antigua and Barbuda by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Antigua and Barbuda to the United States of America H.E. Deborah-Mae Lovell. The Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Mykola Onishchuk, participated in the signing ceremony.
