During his visit to the United States on 9-12 July, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy attended the Annual Meeting of the National Governors Association in Salt Lake City, Utah, on 12 July. Key events of his program in Utah included:

• President Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska met with Utah Governor Spencer Cox and First Lady Abby Cox.
• Speech at the annual meeting of the National Governors Association and meeting with leaders of American states.
• Meeting with Utah Congressmen John Curtis, Blake David Moore, and Celeste Maloy, as well as members of the U.S. House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee: Carol Miller, Michelle Steel, Brad Wenstrup, and Randy Feenstra.
• Meeting with leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
• In the presence of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Ambassador Oksana Markarova and Utah Governor Spencer J. Cox  signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Kyiv Regional Military Administration and the State of Utah.
