Dear compatriots!

First of all, I send my congratulations on the occasion of the 69-th anniversary of liberation of Ukraine from fascist invaders to veterans of the Great World War and postwar period.

Your merits to the Motherland are treated with special attitude and respect, Your life is an inexhaustible source of love to the native land, strength of mind, a vivid example of serving the people.

Today we bow our heads to the bright memory of those who had given their own lives to stop the Nazi invasion, we testify deep respect to everyone who in cruel battles had been fighting for freedom and independence of the Motherland, resisted the enemy with courage underground, worked selflessly behind enemy lines.   

We, descendants of the winners, will always be worthy of selfless heroism and labour of our fathers and grandfathers, spare no effort to ensure prosperity of native Ukraine.

I wish everyone happiness, health, optimism and longevity, may harmony and peace reign in Your families and welfare prevail in Your homes!
