The Head of State had a phone conversation with the U.S. Vice President. Petro Poroshenko informed on dozens of facts on the violation of the cease-fire regime on behalf of militants, particularly shelling of the positions of Ukrainian servicemen that was properly recorded.

The U.S. Vice President informed that his country is closely watching the situation. "We are impressed with your careful fulfillment of the peaceful plan and cease-fire regime. The whole world supports you. We are closely watching the situation. Today, it is one of the priorities for the USA," Joseph Biden noted.

The President announced that one of the important steps was the arrangement to increase the number of inspectors of the OSCE Special monitoring mission in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, including roadblocks. The increase in the number of observers must provide for the invitation of Russian inspectors within the OSCE mission in order to conduct monitoring and confirm compliance with the cease-fire regime by the Ukrainian party.
