President Poroshenko will deliver a speech at the joint session of the U.S. Congress

Speaker of the House of Representatives John Boehner invited President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to deliver a speech at the joint session of the U.S. Congress on September 18, 2014.
“The speech of President Poroshenko in the Congress is another signal of our support to the aspirations of the people of Ukraine. It will be a great honor for us to welcome the Ukrainian President in the Capitol,” John Boehner said.
He reminded that Petro Poroshenko would become the second Ukrainian President to deliver a speech in the U.S. Congress.
