The head of Ukrainian diplomatic mission spoke to both House and Senate of the state. Ukraine and Maryland are connected by strong ties, including a sizeable Ukrainian American diaspora and sister city relations between Odesa and Baltimore, which will mark its 40^th anniversary this year, Ambassador Motsyk stressed. He also thanked the United States, including Maryland, for the support of Ukraine in these crucial for Ukraine times.
