They discussed the deepening of the Ukraine-US bilateral cooperation in the area of drug control,
drug abuse prevention, the fight against drug-related crimes and drug trafficking, as well as cooperation on these matters in the international organizations.

Ambassador O.Motsyk informed Director Kerlikovske of the main provisions of the draft National Strategy on Drugs until 2020 and of the measures taken by the Government of Ukraine to combat drug addiction and drug-related crimes in our country.
