Ambassador Oksana Markarova discusses American decision to send cluster munitions to Ukraine, NATO summit expectations, 500 days of full fledged aggression and NBC report about second track of negotiations with Russia.
On cluster munitions Ambassador said: “We will use them in a very responsible way…. Contrary to the Russians who are simply occupying, destroying, raping and killing everything else”.
Оn Vilnius summit: “NATO is in our hearts and constitution. We defend shared values if all democratic countries, so it’s natural for us to want to be a member of NATO”.
On so called second track: “We are very glad that officially US has nothing to do with that. But I’m surprised that anyone on expert level would even talk to these war criminals”.
