Today Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Volodymyr Yelchenko held a video conference call with USAID Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia Brock Bierman and Senior Deputy Assistant Administrator Margot Ellis.
They have discussed USAID assistance to launch vaccination campaign against COVID-19 in Ukraine and creation of the infrastructure needed for the vaccination.
Brock Bierman has reassured that Ukraine is among the top priority countries for USAID.
The parties have also agreed on further coordination of efforts aimed at providing humanitarian and emergency medical assistance to Ukraine.
