Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has launched an information platform for foreign audiences concerning the war in Ukraine war.ukraine.ua

The main goal of war.ukraine.ua is to provide verified information about the situation in Ukraine, to share specific ways to support Ukraine, and also to show the human dimension of the resistance.

“This website is de-facto a live documentation of war developing before the eyes of the entire world”, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba. “When we ultimately win this war, this will become a thoroughly collected archive of Russia’s crimes, atrocities and barbarism, and more importantly - the heroism and unity of Ukrainian people”.

On the website you can currently find information and answers to the following key questions and themes:

• Understand why Russia is invading Ukraine
• Find out, through verified information, what is happening in Ukraine right now. The site provides the latest updates from official sources
• Learn how you can help the Ukrainian people. This includes useful links and instructions on how to donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, join the Foreign Legion of the Territorial Defence of Ukraine, provide humanitarian assistance or organize protests against the war, taking place right here in the heart of Europe.
• Discover the real faces behind Ukraine’s resistance. What is happening in Ukraine right now is a people’s war. This chapter is dedicated to the Ukrainians who are putting up a heroic and unprecedented resistance to the Russian occupiers. Every Ukrainian man and woman who defends freedom, common values, and the security of the whole continent deserves to have the world know about them.

The site is based on the platform ukraine.ua which, prior to Russia’s invasion, was used to present Ukraine to the world - a country of freedom and dignity, a modern European country with a thousand-year history and culture. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the platform's goal has changed. It now has a critical role in providing the international community with free access to truthful information about the war in Ukraine.
