During the ReBuild Ukraine conference, the Ukrainian Ministries of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, together with the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, announced the appointment of an investment advisor to the United States–Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund.

Alvarez & Marsal has been appointed as the Fund’s investment advisor. A&M is a global consulting firm with over 12,000 professionals in 90 offices worldwide, specializing in financial and operational consulting, investment management, and performance monitoring.

The company brings experience in critical minerals, energy, infrastructure, and ICT, and has implemented projects in Ukraine for both public and private sectors.

As the Fund’s investment advisor, Alvarez & Marsal will provide strategic support, including project preparation, due diligence, and financial analysis to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

Following the appointment of the investment advisor, the Fund will select an administrator and complete the organizational phase necessary to launch financial procedures and prepare its first investment projects.
