On March 4, 2013 Ukraine’s Ambassador to the U.S. Olexander Motsyk and Defense Attaché Vice Admiral Ihor Knyaz met with students of the Eisenhower School of National Security (formerly known as the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, or ICAF) at the National Defense University.
The students specialize in national security issues of the Eastern European countries including Ukraine.
At the meeting the guests of the Embassy were informed of the top priorities of Ukraine’s foreign policy, in particular, its eurointegration aspirations, as well as pressing issues of the national energy security policy.
The Eisenhower School of National Security students were also briefed on Ukrainie’s Armed Forces reforms, participation of our country in peacekeeping operations and international military exercises.
