On October 26th, 2011, the Embassy of Ukraine hosted famous Ukrainian poet, translator, and owner of Ukrainian publishing house "ABABAHALAMAHA" Ivan Malkovych.

Representing Ivan Malkovych to the guests of the Embassy, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Oleksander Motsyk highlighted his valuable contributions to the development of Ukrainian literature for children as well as the promotion of Ukrainian books in the world.

During the meeting Ivan Malkovych told audience about his creative works as a poet and artist, as well as the head of the publishing house "ABABAHALAMAHA."

Guests of the Embassy also had the opportunity to enjoy the poetry of the author in his own performance.
