On May 5, 2013, Ukraine’s Ambassador to the U.S. Olexander Motsyk took part in the Easter Resurrection Matins and Divine Liturgy at St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, Silver Spring, MD.
The Easter Holy Day Service was held by His Eminence Metropolitan of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the U.S. Antony (Shcherba).
Also, clergy and Ukrainian American community representatives attended The Easter Holy Day Service.
