The parties discussed the current situation and the prospects for the development of Ukraine-U.S. strategic partnership.

They underlined a significant potential for further active bilateral cooperation, especially in the fields of energy and economy.

The Head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry thanked M.Albright for her significant personal contribution to the development and strengthening of the independence of our country and a comprehensive promotion of the Ukraine-U.S. bilateral relations.

For her part, M.Albright expressed her gratitude to the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for contributing greatly to the activities of the National Democratic Institute in Ukraine.
