On April 24, 2014, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Danylo Lubkivsky met with representatives of Jewish organizations of America in the course of his visit to the U.S.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the ways of support of Ukraine by the U.S. Jewish community in the times of Russian aggression. Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine briefed his counterparts on the steps taken by Ukrainian government to prevent anti-Semitism and xenophobia.
The event was attended by representatives of AJC, NCSJ, the Jewish Federations of North America, ADL and other influential organizations of American Jewry.
