During the meeting, the parties shared their views with regards to Russian aggression against Ukraine and ways to counter it, as well as on other pressing issues of modern development of Ukraine.

Ambassador Motsyk informed the U.S. lawmaker about the counterterrorist operation in the east Ukraine against Russia-back terrorists.

On his part, Congressman Hoyer reassured in immutability of the U.S. Congress bilateral position regarding the readiness to provide every kind of assistance to Ukraine at this difficult time.
