January 24, 2011, Washington DC - Today, Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Olexander Motsyk delivered remarks for the professors and students of the Columbia University Harriman Institute on the invitation of this world renowned educational institution.

Ambassador informed the audience about Ukraine’s foreign and internal policy priorities, including the progress in our country’s systemic reforms.

The information about current situation and prospects of Ukrainian-American relations, Ukraine’s pursuit of European integration as well as the relations with the Russian Federation have been greatly appreciated by the attendees.

The Institute and the Embassy of Ukraine representatives agreed upon the further cooperation aimed at assisting the students and professors of the University to learn more about Ukraine, it’s foreign policy and relations between Ukraine and the United States.
