Ukraine’s Ambassador to the U.S. Olexander Motsyk meets with National Geographic Society leadership

On December 16, 2014, Ukraine’s Ambassador to the U.S. Olexander Motsyk met with Yulia Boyle, Senior Vice President, International Magazine Publishing, National Geographic Society (NGS) and Terrence B. Adamson, Chief Legal Officer and Board of Trustees Secretary.
During the meeting the parties discussed cooperation between Ukraine and NGS including publish and subscribe of «National Geographic Ukraine» magazine.
A successful realization of the joint project of the Embassy of Ukraine and NGS, namely, photo exhibit “Ukraine through the eyes of the National Geographic Society”, was noted.
The exhibit, which includes unique archive photos of Ukraine taken by NGS staff between 1918 & 2013, was open in October 2013 at Ukraine’s Diplomatic Mission in Washington, DC, and was on display in Tucson (Arizona), Warren (Michigan), Chicago (Illinois) and NYC (New York) during 2014.
