On April 28th, 2010, Ambassador of Ukraine Oleh Shamshur hosted at the Embassy representatives of the American Jewish Committee and leaders of the Jewish community in Ukraine and the United States.

Ambassador Shamshur thanked the representatives of the Jewish community for fruitful cooperation during his years of ambassadorship in Washington and expressed confidence in further strengthening of Ukraine’s relationships with the United States.

During the dinner the sides discussed current US-Ukraine and US-Russia relations, regional and international matters, as well as the topical issues of Ukraine’s Jewish community life.
