Members of Ukrainian Defense Ministry and Armed Forces General Staff delegation headed by Deputy Defense Minister Borys Andresyuk held a meeting with the US-Ukraine Business Council members. Ukraine’s delegation arrived to Washington to take part in the Ukraine-US Defense consultations.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine Olexander Motsyk and Defense Attaché Vice-Admiral Ihor Kniaz, as well as US-Ukraine Business Council representatives and the US defense industry companies’ executives interested in developing relations with Ukraine also participated in the event.

The meeting agenda included various topics related to the further cooperation enhancement, in particular in the aerospace sphere, the modernization of the Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment and the development of interoperability between the two countries’ defense sectors.
