On March 11, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S. Valeriy Chaly paid a visit to NASA Glenn Research Center in the city of Cleveland, Ohio.
The Ambassador held a meeting with the Center’s Director James Free and senior management. They discussed the prospects for deepening further the cooperation between Ukraine and the U.S. in the space and rocket building areas.
Ambassador Chaly drew attention of Director Free to wide opportunities for mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in the above mentioned areas and handed over to James Free presentation materials about the achievements and industrial capacities of Ukraine in space technologies, including the construction of rocket engines.
Director Free expressed practical interest to continue the cooperation with Ukraine, including through realization of joint projects under the International Space Station project umbrella.
Director Free introduced Ukraine’s Ambassador to some of the Center’s technological achievements.
