The Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Valeriy Chaly took part in ‘Ukraine Day’ advocacy events at the U.S. Congress aimed at promoting further strengthening of the United States Congress support for Ukraine.
The Ambassador addressed a policy seminar on ‘NATO Stance on Russia: Vision or Reaction’ organized by Central and East European Coalition, including the Ukrainian National Information Service of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America. He emphasized the high relevance of the discussion as well as the importance of activities of the coalition composed of national, membership-based organizations representing Americans of Central and Eastern European descent, which currently has particular significance as a platform for coordination in reacting to grave security challenges faced by the civilized democratic world, primarily due to the continuing aggression of the Russian Federation against the Ukrainian State.
