In his speech, the Ambassador underlined that Ukraine highly values potential of Ukrainian diaspora as an important party of state building process in Ukraine as well as true partner in promoting Ukraine’s interests in the United States and around the World. 
Ambassador Chaly expressed his sincere gratitude for all assistance provided by Minnesota civil organizations and volunteers to Ukrainians affected by the Russian aggression. Valeriy Chaly urged Ukrainians of Minnesota State to continue this important for their second homeland activity. Head of the Embassy of Ukraine awarded the folk dance ensemble "Cheremosh" from Minneapolis with Honorary Diploma of the diplomatic mission.
