On October 17th, 2012, Ambassador of Ukraine to the US Olexander Motsyk took part in the Atlantic Council’s discussion «Ukraine’s Upcoming Parliamentary Elections: A Pivotal Moment for Democracy?»

Leading experts, government representatives and members of diplomatic corps attended the event.

The Ambassador emphasized on the steps taken by the Ukrainian government to ensure free, fair and transparent elections. He also informed the audience on the progress of reforms in Ukraine and stressed that the integration with the European Union is the main priority of Ukraine’s foreign policy.
