President Joe Biden  signed into law a $61 billion package to provide critical aid to Ukraine.

Before Senate overwhelmingly passes aid for Ukraine. The bill passed the Senate on an overwhelming 79-18 vote after the House had approved the package with the Ukraine portion passing 311-112.
