On March 15, 2013 Ukraine’s Ambassador to the U.S. Olexander Motsyk met with Chief of General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Colonel General Volodymyr Zamana.
During the meeting they discussed issues of conducting reforms of Ukraine’s Armed Forces in accordance with Conceptual Framework for Reforms and Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine up to 2017.
