On June 7, 2011 Deputy Head of the Personnel Department at the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Serhii Shutenko met the U.S. Foreign Service Institute Director Ruth Whiteside, as well as the FSI staff and students.

The discussion focused on sharing of experience in modern approaches to the education of Foreign Service personnel, including training and skills-development programs, language courses and distance learning.
