Ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S. took part in NCSEJ Board of Governors meeting

Washington, DC. On June 10, 2014, Ambassador of Ukraine to the U.S. Olexander Motsyk took part in the spring meeting of the Board of Governors of the National Coalition Supporting Eurasian Jewry (NCSEJ). 

His address to the audience was dedicated to priorities of Ukraine’s domestic and foreign policy. “I thank the American Jewish community, and NCSEJ in particular, for its consistent support of Ukraine”, Ambassador stated.

The Ukrainian Jewry was represented by Chief Rabbi of Kyiv and all of Ukraine Yaakov Dov Bleich, who in his speech noted that Ukraine’s Jews consider themselves an inalienable part of the Ukrainian society.

Georgian Ambassador to the U.S. Archil Gegeshidze and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Eric Rubin also spoke during the event.
