During the Hearing representatives of the Economic and Trade Office of the Ukrainian Embassy have informed our American partners about specific steps in enforcement and combating infringement of intellectual property rights in Ukraine. Providing of American side with additional clarifications and objective arguments will help to review the status of Ukraine in "Special Report 301" in fair way.
The final decision regarding the status of Ukraine in "Special 301 Review" in 2015 will be made by the USTR by April 30, 2015.
