Leaders of the Ukrainian community in the US discussed the situation in Ukraine at the meeting hosted by Ukraine’s Ambassador Valeriy Chaly

The participants gathered at the Embassy to discuss political, economic and security situation in Ukraine. They also paid a special attention to Ukraine’s struggle against the Russian aggression and efforts to counter Russia’s information war against Ukraine.
Ambassador Chaly thanked the Ukrainian-Americans for their firm support of Ukraine and efforts to advocate for the Ukrainian cause in the US. Addressing the gathering the Ambassador stressed on the importance of the coordinated efforts of Ukrainians worldwide to support the country throughout the challenging times. He also called for the continuous efforts to free Nadiya Savchenko, Oleg Sentsov and all Ukrainians illegally detained in Russia.
