Valeriy Chaly thanked Brad Sherman for the Committee's firm support to Ukraine and expressed hopes that it will continue, among other, in a context of appropriations in the next year's budget, that are now being discussed at the Congress. Valeriy Chaly emphasized that enhanced defense capacity of Ukraine is now an investment in the global security, as Ukraine has developed a unique experience in hybrid warfare and fight against terrorism.
