Ukraine's Foreign Minister K.Gryshchenko met with a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Chairman of the US Helsinki Commission Ch.Smith

On November 30, 2012, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine K.Gryshchenko met with a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Chairman of the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (US Helsinki Commission) Chris Smith.
During the meeting, Ukrainian-American cooperation in the sphere of combating human trafficking was discussed. Minister K.Gryshchenko emphasized that Ukraine will actively take advantage of its chairmanship in the OSCE in 2013 in order to fight this global challenge.
The sides also exchanged views on initiation of new joint projects in the sphere of healthcare and social rehabilitation.
